Islamabad, October 25, 2026: ISE REIT Management Company Limited has appointed Mr. Zahid Latif Khan as Chairman of its Board of Directors, marking a new chapter in the Company’s leadership and strategic direction.
The appointment follows the Company’s first Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on October 10, 2026, at which nine directors were elected to the Board in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Subsequently, at a Board meeting held on October 23, 2026, the newly elected directors appointed Mr. Zahid Latif Khan as Chairman.
The newly constituted Board comprises the following members:
Mr. Zahid Latif Khan — Chairman / Non-Executive Shareholders’ Director
Mr. Adil Khan Swati — Non-Executive Shareholders’ Director
Mr. Haider Khaqan Abbasi — Non-Executive Shareholders’ Director
