Islamabad: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, the chief guest at the Second Pakistan Tourism Summit on 6 November 2026, visited the Tunisian stall. Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Tourism, also visited.
The guests were received by Tunisian Chargé d’Affaires Helmi Bougacha, Honorary Consul General for Lahore Mohammad Hameed, and Ammad Rasheed, representing the Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter.
The embassy described the occasion as a celebration of culture, friendship and tourism between Pakistan and Tunisia.
