LAHORE: Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Director General Yawar Hussain honoured Rizwan Aftab Ahmed, CEO of ACTIVIT and Director of National Hospital, DHA Lahore, for his contributions to sports and his support for athletes.
During a recent meeting, the DG commended Rizwan’s backing of sports development through sponsorships, medical and nutritional assistance, and partnerships with sporting organisations. ACTIVIT recently signed an MoU with the PSB Coaching Centre in Lahore, focusing on sports development, athlete support and possible joint initiatives. The DG also acknowledged his sponsorship of the Independence Day celebrations at PSB Centre Lahore in August 2026.
The meeting stressed the importance of private-sector participation in sporting events and athlete development. Rizwan has expressed interest in sponsoring an international bodybuilding competition organised by the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation, proposed as the ACTIVIT Fitness Challenge.
In recognition of his efforts, the DG PSB and the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation presented him with a commemorative shield and a blazer of excellence. Further partnerships are under discussion, with the focus on practical support for athletes and wider opportunities to compete nationally and internationally.
